You’ll find Craig in his office with a cup of coffee and a newspaper each morning. He has owned the business for over 40 years and prides himself on the excellent customer and client relationships he has built. As a Kansas-native, he is proud of his sports teams, including Kansas basketball, the Royals and Chiefs Nation.

As the office manager, Lori can be found answering calls, checking emails, and encouraging the team. She enjoys KU Basketball, playing with her grandkids, and hosting the family. Stop by the office and you will see Lori first and foremost. Going on 15 years with Answer Topeka she is the answer person.

Lamont knows everything about NBA Basketball. Just ask. He is very cool and calm and is the face behind many calls. Lamont doesn't need an introduction since so many people have spoken to him already. Working for Answer Topeka since 1998 he brings a soothing feeling to many customers in need.

Danielle has been with us for 21 years and has enjoyed building relationships with our clients. When not working she enjoys Chiefs football and traveling! 

Jazmyn has been with Answer Topeka for a little over 2 years and was just recently married.  She is one of the youngest of our crew and truly enjoys being an auntie to her niece and nephew.  On her days off you can find her taking them on adventures or with a book in her hand.

One of our newer part-time team members Tracy has been with us a little over a year.  She is best known as "mom" to 2 high school boys! A freshman and a senior both!  Tracy has recently completed her second masters degree in instructional design.  Meaning she is a master at creating adult learning programs!

Chelse is a part-time employee and has been with us for 8 years!  She enjoys being an auntie and can be found on mini adventures/vacations with her nephews when not at work. 

Joelle has been a part of our part-time crew since 2020!  She is a proud mother of 3 kiddos!  Youngest just turning 2 a few days ago and oldest just starting 2nd year of college.  When not answer the phone Joelle enjoys watching true crime stories but her true passion is cooking/baking.  (We agree!!!)
